the AIDA and BAAR trademarks are the property of the BAAR Association, which holds exclusive rights over them in accordance with Law no. 84/1998 on trademarks and geographical indications, being registered with the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks as follows:
- AIDA brand with no. 160166 and deposit number M 2018 07400
- BAAR brand with no. 164092 and deposit number M 2019 04036.
Consequently, no use, takeover, replication or publication of the trademarks indicated above, in any form, presentation or purpose, on any material or computer medium is authorized without the prior written consent of the legal representatives of BAAR.

BAAR is the manufacturer of the AIDA database and has the exclusive patrimonial right to authorize and prohibit the extraction and / or reuse of all or a substantial part of it, evaluated qualitatively or quantitatively.
Consequently, no extraction and / or reuse of all or a substantial part of the AIDA database, evaluated qualitatively or quantitatively, is authorized without the prior written consent of the legal representatives of BAAR.
In case of violation of the prohibitions mentioned above, BAAR will proceed to take legal action in civil and / or criminal proceedings against those responsible in order to protect BAAR's rights over the AIDA and BAAR trademarks and the AIDA database, stop the violation of these rights and repair the damage suffered.
